Every referral is tied to a source practice, the rep who owns that territory, and a month. FlowAtlas rolls this up into per-source, per-rep, and per-month attribution so you always know which relationships actually drive revenue.

Each user only ever sees their own data, enforced at the database level with Row-Level Security. Specialists can't see each other's territories, and only admins see organization-wide analytics.
